Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions within our real estate business, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Researching and compiling lists of potential sellers or distressed properties through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Data Entry: Inputting property details, seller information, and lead contacts into the CRM system or spreadsheet.
Cold Calling: Reaching out to property owners to inquire about their interest in selling their property, gathering basic information, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating appointments for property viewings or meetings between sellers and real estate investors.
Document Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents required for property acquisitions or sales.
Email Management: Managing and responding to emails from leads, clients, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support such as organizing files, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
Follow-Up: Following up with leads, clients, and partners to ensure timely communication and progress on deals.
Customer Service: Providing assistance and support to clients and investors throughout the wholesaling process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Social Media Management: Assisting in managing social media accounts, posting updates, and engaging with followers to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Coordination with Team Members: Collaborating with other team members, including real estate agents, investors, and contractors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Training and Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through training sessions, webinars, and online resources.
As an Admin, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the operations and growth of the real estate business by handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and assisting with lead generation and deal management.
Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Podio CRM).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
