Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Administrator at CF Ventures, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support our real estate agents and ensure smooth real estate transactions. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing financial aspects of the real estate business, including accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation.
Communicating with clients to address inquiries about listings, showings, offers, and other real estate matters.
Negotiating contracts on behalf of clients, reviewing purchase offers and counteroffers.
Coordinating with team members, agents, and brokers to facilitate seamless communication between all transaction parties.
Overseeing day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments and property showings.
Coordinating property closings, collecting and analyzing transaction-related documents.
Maintaining meticulous records of all property transactions, including listing and sale dates, purchase prices, and transaction details.
Coordinating inspections and liaising with third parties like appraisers and inspectors.
Managing property listings and creating marketing materials using digital tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college courses or a business administration degree is a plus).
At least 1 year of real estate industry experience.
Strong communication skills for phone and email correspondence with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in computer applications for data entry, form completion, and property listings.
Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities, including file organization and transaction coordination.
