REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration:
-Shortlisting of Buyer Units & Compiling of Data for Buyers on hand
-Developing Sales Deck for Listing Presentations on Google Slides
-Developing Shortlist Buyer’s Deck for Buyers on Google Slides
– Answer Questions on Group Chat e.g. administration and scheduling
-Drafting Listings & Uploading Media, Manage PropertyGuru Account
-Follow up on PropertyGuru leads with guided script to follow up on leads
-Liaising with vendors / suppliers for marketing material production, including sourcing for quotes
-Preparing of Real Estate related transaction documents at short notice
-Liason with client and Preparation / Submission of any administrative documents to PropNex

Marketing & CRM:
-Design Canva Flyers based on existing templates
-CRM – Client Database management
-CRM – Sourcing for gifts for Client Birthdays and other Seasonal Occasions
-Use SEO tools, ChatGPT and other resources to ideate topics, draft and manage blog posts on real estate marketing website, 2 posts a week
-Create and Manage Postings for IGS for Instagram Account
-Source for Latest Trending Audio or Trends on IG Reels and TikTok
-Edit Short Videos for Social Media & Upload to IG, TikTok and YT Shorts (estimated 3-4 videos a week)
– Setup and Managing of Website, Email Database, Automated Systems

Requirements:
– Possess Degree / Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management preferred
– Training will be provided, but previous working experience/internship in Admin and Marketing / CRM role preferred.
– Good Command of English, able to write well is a must
– Basic video editing in Capcut will be needed for social media short video editing

– Able to commit minimum for 1-2 years
