Real Estate Appointment Setter
— WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR —
3+ years of Experience in cold calling for a Real Estate company.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Someone exceptionally resourceful.
Resilient and has a growth mindset. Part of open, honest communication is delivering honest, direct feedback without being offensive or critical.
Can easily switch gears. Have the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize your work in a changing environment – you understand that things change as new information is made available. You don’t mind managing multiple tasks and have the ability to have a few balls up in the air at the same time.
Wants to work in a team.
— DUTIES —
This position will consist of calling new and old prospects/leads (homeowners), booking an appointment, and following up with them when needed. It will involve a substantial amount of talking with homeowners over the phone. We are searching for someone comfortable over the phone and a team player.
— SKILLS AND ABILITIES —
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential home buyers and sellers.
Previous real estate Experience is a must in an outbound call center, with at least 3 years of experience.
Well-organized with excellent time management skills.

Desktop/Laptop (at least i5 or Ryzen 3, 8GB RAM)
Stable wired connection with at least 50 MBPS
USB Type noise-canceling headset
Quiet home office
A backup power and internet connection in case of outages in the area.
