The primary responsibility of this role is lead generation, working 40 hours per week. Our skilled closers will handle the sales calls, while you focus on generating leads. Job Overview:
As a Remote Real Estate Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and contacting potential sellers in the vacant land real estate market. We provide the leads. Your main role will be to make outbound calls to introduce our real estate buying services, establish rapport, and schedule appointments for our real estate acquisition team to follow up with interested leads. You must have a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, and have excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential sellers for our real estate acquisition team.
• Prospect and identify potential sellers in the real estate market.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with clients over the phone, ensuring a positive experience for those looking to sell their land.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-up activities, using our CRM system to manage leads.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling or tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and current trends is highly desirable.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and remotely.
• A reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software.

Expectations:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads to sell real estate properties or services.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales leads and client interactions using our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals with potential clients.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with potential clients and colleagues.
• Continuously improve your knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and targets.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
