Real Estate Appointment Setter and Assistant

JME Fund is seeking an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller who is a proven sales professional and can handle a wide range of real estate related workload. We are seeking someone that is charismatic, highly motivated, self-driven, and determined to succeed. We are looking for someone that will grow with the company, and who will be a part of the team. You will make calls to owners of apartment buildings and other real estate, document your conversations, update a database of owner contact information, and handle a wide range of real estate related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
– 1+ year of prior cold calling experience
– Outstanding and clear communication skills on the phone
– Eager to learn

EXPECTATIONS:
* Prior experience with phone sales required
* Cold calling schedule is Monday to Friday 1PM – 6PM PST
* Remaining work is 3 hours a day, you may choose the schedule
* Must own a computer with at least 4 GB RAM
* Must have internet connection of at least 4 mbps
* Backup internet for internet outages (cell phone mobile hotspot)
* A working area with no background noise, or a headset that can cancel background noise

Compensation package:
* $1,120/mo (approximately $7 USD/Hour) + Bonuses
* 40 hours a week
* Monthly Bonuses
* Weekly payouts
