We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role is crucial for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists and databases.
• Introduce the Agent and explain our services to potential clients.
• Engage prospects in conversation to identify their real estate needs and interests.
2. Appointment Setting:
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Ensure that appointments are accurately recorded in the company CRM and calendars.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address any questions.
3. Lead Management:
• Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate information about leads and call activities.
• Track and report on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
4. Communication:
• Effectively communicate the value propositions of our real estate services.
• Handle objections and questions from potential clients in a professional manner.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and to support overall sales efforts.
• Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software (KW Command a plus!) and basic computer skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
