Qualifications / Skills:
– MUST be available to work PART TIME on a GRAVEYARD SHIFT (Monday – Fri from 3pm-7pm Central Time)
– Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
– Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken needs to have excellent English skills both written and spoken.
– Has at least 1 year experience in Real Estate Cold calling
– Has experience using Mojo dialer
– Good in sales
– Can handle rebuttals or objections
– Excellent customer service
– We offer a bi-weekly payment through Paypal ($4/hr)
**** VERY IMPORTANT: Must have a US number / skype number/ skype credits / magic jack / Vonage to call a US number and or to connect to Mojo Dialer or as long as you have a line to connect to Mojo dialer. I will not provide a US number or any software that will connect you to Mojo
About you:
– HONEST AND RELIABLE (we don’t have a time tracker but the Mojo Dialer ends exactly 4 hours, we can see the time in and out in Mojo dialer)
– NO PROBLEM WITH ATTENDANCE AND TARDINESS (be on time, send an email or skype message if ever you’ll be late or won’t be able to come in for work)
– Must have a noise cancelling headset
– No internet issues
