Our job is not really sales per se, we are recuiting agents for our real estate brokerage and using an automated dialer called Mojo dialer. You can make about 80 contacts per hour with it. Please evaulate this and send us your connection speed screen shot if interested. We are looking for people that can work full time. This is a job that could be long-term.

You should be experienced using the MOJO 3-line dialer to be considered for this job.

This is a work from home job for people who have a good stable internet connection, probably more than 100mbps up and down. People that could do well would be appointment setters, cold callers, people familiar with Mojo dialer and people familiar with real estate phone work. We are recruiting real estate brokers for our Chicagoland based real estate office. This is a full time job and we want workers to get 4-5 new signups MINIMUM per month. A “signup” is someone we hire as a new real estate agent. 4 signups would pay you 100+125+150+175. This would be a MINIMUM effort. We’d like to see you get at least 6 new signups per month which would pay you $975. After 6 signups in a given month your pay really expands because we add an extra $25 for each consecutive signup. This is a commission based job. If you are good on the phone and can run the dialer, and you work full time 40 hours per week this should be easy to do. Calls are recorded so we can hear how you sound with the prospect, and this helps you do followups. If there is a problem we’ll see it in the first few days and just pay your $5/hr per hour on the dialer and thank you for giving it a try.

REQUIREMENTS:

2. you need a local Chicago phone #, i will suggest prefix 773. (wait until we hire you)
3. there are two ways you will connect with your prospect on mojo dialer.
the majority of contacts will be the easy “voicemail drop”. You’ll get an
answering machine, you’ll push a button and the dialer will leave a short voicemail message of about 35-45 seconds.

(Mojo dialer leaves the voice message in the background as the dialer moves to dial the next number.)

Your lists will also include the email of the agent, so if you get an interested party, send him an email with the link to our join page. We will create a custom signature for your email address. Everything has to look good.

I would suggest you set the dialer to only call one line at a time until you get used to it, then go to 2 lines, and once you are comfortable with that, then go to 3 lines. It will probably take you about 3 days to get used to dialing 3 lines at once. The idea is to contact prospects very fast. You are only giving out info to see if there is interest. If there is interest, you schedule an interview with our sponsoring broker. You make this process friendly and down-to-earth. Don’t be “salesy” at all. This gives you on average contact rate of about 80 contacts per hour. We are licensed in both Illinois and Indiana so we will be recruiting brokers in Northwest Indiana also.

Your first few days will be somewhat exhausting. So start with a short session 15 mins, and keep adding 10-15 minutes until you get comfortable with this. For me, when I first started using Mojo dialer after about one hour I needed a short nap or break. So just relax, this is not a race. You’ll turn the dialer off, then re-login to resume.

For live answers we do NOT use a script, we use an OUTLINE to talk to the prospect. We will prepare this for you. Match your outline to the main ideas of the voicemail drop. We will enable call recording so you have a record of how the prospect responded to you. This is helpful in your followup. NO need to hard sell this. The truth is we actually do have a better offer than our competition.

If the prospect says they are interested you say, “I think Tom would want to talk to you, let’s check your internet speed. Have the prospect send you their screen share and forward that to me. If it’s ok (say at least 100mbs up and down) say: “When are you available to have a brief chat with Tom?” “Ok, what’s a good time for Tom to call you?” Make this casual and down-to-earth. Then forward the info to me.

I’ll interview the client, then if the agent and I think we are a good fit, and if he notifies the state of Illinois and transfers his license to us you have probably earned your commission. The agent transfer fee is now $35 in Illinois. We’ll get the agent setup with his new website, get him to order his business cards and sign riders, etc after that get him trained on the Mojo dialer so he/she can start dialing.

We pay you weekly on your new signups. We will pay you using paypal.
