Responsibilities and Duties
• Making cold calls and talking to new people all day
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Work with our Sales Team to set appointments and manage incoming leads.

Qualifications and Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
• At least 1-year experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.
• With experience in cold calling for a real estate company
• Well organized with excellent time management skills.

System Requirements:
· Desktop/Laptop (at least i3 or Ryzen 3, 8GB RAM)
· Stable wired connection with at least 5MBPS
· USB Type noise-canceling headset
· Quiet home office
