Real Estate Appraiser – Long Term Position

Looking to add an additional VA for the role of real estate appraiser. We are looking to fill this position with someone that is reliable, self-motivated, eager to take on responsibility, has initiative and wants a long-term position.

The main portion of this position will be prepping appraisal reports which involves data entry as well as working with editing photos, editing sketches and working with other portions of the report. Experience with MLS, Ala Mode / TOTAL and County Records are a must have. Ideal candidate will have had professional training or experience in comparable selection and adjustments. You should also have experience with the Microsoft office suite of products that include MS Word and Excel as there are multiple commercial real estate reports which require development in MS Word and Excel.

We are located in Indiana (US Eastern Time) but we are flexible with the shift start/end time for this position.

Excellent English communication skills are a must, especially written; candidate may report to Tagalog speaking individual; this has yet to be finalized.

Personal computer with reliable and fast (at least 10mbps) Internet access is also required.

Some appointment setting may be required and template email follow-ups to existing customers may be necessary.

We observe the 13th month, offer flexible schedule and understand some of the electrical and internet infrastructure issues that may happen from time to time. We observe American holidays but candidate may have flexibility of work schedule to observe their own preferred holidays.
