I am looking for a full-time Real Estate Assistant Transaction Coordinator.
You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create and walk through tutorials for you. Working hours will be 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
I am looking for an individual who is business minded, coachable, positive attitude and honest. Help keeping me on track to reach goals and stay consistent. We are here to grow in to the best versions of ourselves.
Two years experience as a real estate transaction coordinator is REQUIRED
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
Sales skills Knowledge cold calling.
Open minded, coachable, positive attitude and honest. (if you see areas that can be improved, or need to be eliminated)
Knowledge and experience in Business systems, marketing, and data
Pay: $4.25 an hour. Bonuses will be given, and a raise will be given a few months in once you are fully trained.
You will mainly be:
Uploading new listings by email to be listed for sale
Create online property descriptions.
Utilizing Slack workspace. Executing tasks at different priority levels.
Conduct telephone sales calls
Market research for video social media content. (latest topics and relevant news)
Daily text and email Follow up with leads, Setting appointments into a managed and shared calendar.
Keeping accountable to weekly, and monthly goals
Helping keep business owner to complete tasks, follow up with clients.
Managing command and follow up boss database.
Perform new listing campaigns and past client campaigns.
Text leads through Follow up boss platform, long term follow up. Track and input numbers weekly.
Keeping track of real estate transaction deadlines and documents. Use the systems provided.
Other administrative general tasks will be given such as videos, managing a calendar, and so on.

About Me:
I own a real estate company in Los Angeles CA. Our company “Ilic Estates Group” sells around 25 homes a year, and we are looking to grow that to 100 homes within the next 2 years.
