Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Assist in managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, and handling paperwork such as contracts and agreements.
2. Listing Management: Create and manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Prepare client for closing.
3. Lead Generation: Conduct research and outreach to generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and maintain a database of leads and contacts.
4. Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide information about properties, schedule property viewings, and maintain communication throughout the buying or selling process. Effectively communicates and updates clients, agents, service providers, and all applicable parties throughout the entire process.
5. Marketing Assistance: Aid in creating marketing materials, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional content to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or renters.
6. Transaction Coordination: Assist in coordinating the various stages of real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documents are obtained and deadlines are met. Assure that all files are compliant and properly filed within the designated timeline.
7. Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, organize contacts, and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to keep track of client interactions and transactions.
8. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, gather property information, and provide reports or insights to help agents make informed decisions.
9. Virtual Tours and Showings: Coordinate and schedule virtual property tours or showings for interested clients, using technology to showcase properties remotely.
10. General Support: Provide general support to the real estate agent, which may include tasks like bookkeeping, managing expenses, making travel arrangements, and handling other miscellaneous administrative duties. Manage assigned transactions from contract date to close.
11. Coordinate and communicate with loan officers and attorneys.
12. Attend staff meetings and training and occasional pre-planned nights and weekends required.

We are seeking to fill a full-time Real Estate Assistant position.
