We are seeking a Virtual Real Estate Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our real estate investor and agent in growing this company’s buy, hold, and sell model while researching potential properties, conducting skip tracing, and initiating cold calling campaigns.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Real Estate Assistant to assist our real estate investor and agent in various critical tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering data, conducting research, and executing cold-calling campaigns to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Skip Tracing:** Utilize skip tracing tools and databases to locate property owners and potential leads for distressed or off-market properties.
2. **Data Research:** Conduct in-depth research on real estate markets, property values, and potential investment opportunities using online resources and databases.
3. **Cold Calling:** Initiate outbound calls to property owners, leads, and potential sellers to identify opportunities for investment and agent services.
4. **Lead Qualification:** Screen and qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, motivation to sell, and property details.
5. **Document Management:** Maintain detailed records of all research findings, call logs, and lead information for follow-up and reporting.
6. **Support Investor and Agent:** Provide administrative support to the real estate investor and agent, including managing calendars, schedules, and appointments, handling correspondence, and coordinating client meetings.
7. **Client Communication:** Communicate with clients and assist with inquiries, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
8. **Listing Management:** Create, update, and manage property listings on various real estate platforms and websites.
9. **Digital Marketing:** Assist in creating and managing online marketing campaigns and social media profiles to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
10. **Transaction Coordination:** Support agent in managing transactions, ensuring all documentation is complete and deadlines are met.
11. **Client Relationship Management:** Maintain and update the client database, ensuring all client information is accurate and up to date.
12. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with other team members to coordinate efforts and share valuable insights.
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
– Proficiency in skip tracing tools and data research.
– Excellent communication skills in English, especially for cold calling.
– Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
– Detail-oriented and capable of managing and updating databases.
– Knowledge of real estate markets, property evaluation, and investment is advantageous but not required.
– Spanish speaking would be a great plus but is not required.

** This position will be temporary for the first 30 to 90 days, then can shift into a permanent with the appropriate candidate, while having a pay and or bonus increase within the first 90 days is an option. **

This position is excellent for someone capable of working from home independently. You will be considered a contractor/consultant required to complete a W-9 Form and sign off on our standard Confidentiality Agreement and Independent Contractors Agreement before starting to receive assignments.
An ideal candidate would enjoy working in the real estate industry, being a Mac user, and working remotely from a home office for other clients. Seeking to add a new client to their portfolio and cover our daily needs. Capable of working in and contributing to a Company’s SOP. Familiar with utilizing team and organizational software/ platforms such as Google Workspace, Asana, Calendly, Canva & HubSpot CRM.
