As a Real Estate Assistant, you will serve as the right hand to our experienced real estate agent, assisting in various critical aspects of their business. Your role will encompass lead generation, Chime CRM management, marketing, and transaction coordination to ensure a seamless and successful real estate operation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
– Collaborate closely with the assigned real estate agent to identify target markets and niches for lead generation.
– Conduct market research to identify potential leads, collecting detailed contact information, and assessing their preferences.
– Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies, including prospecting, outreach campaigns, and networking initiatives.
2. Chime CRM Management:
– Serve as the Chime CRM expert, maintaining an organized and up-to-date database of leads, clients, and properties.
– Ensure timely data entry, lead categorization, and follow-up reminders within the CRM.
– Work closely with the agent to track and analyze CRM data for insights and strategy adjustments.
3. Marketing Support:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that highlight property listings and the agent’s personal brand.
– Create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online property listings.
– Manage the agent’s social media presence, scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the online community.
4. Transaction Coordination:
– Provide administrative support for real estate transactions, including preparing contracts, managing timelines, and coordinating with clients, lenders, and title companies.
– Ensure accurate documentation and maintain organized transaction files.
– Schedule and coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings as required.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
– Proven experience in lead generation, CRM management, marketing, or real estate support roles.
– Proficiency in Chime CRM or similar CRM platforms is highly advantageous.
– Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
– Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
– Genuine enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a strong desire to contribute to the agent’s success.
