Job Description: Real Estate Assistant (Cold Calling and CRM Management)
As a Real Estate Assistant, your main responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential sellers, motivate them, and build relationships on behalf of the real estate team. Your primary focus will be on cold calling a list of leads, adding them to the CRM system, and ultimately booking listing appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting outbound cold calls to potential sellers, following a script and provided guidelines.
* Motivating potential sellers to consider listing their properties by highlighting the benefits and advantages.
* Building rapport with leads, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
* Accurately recording and updating lead information in CRM systems, including contact details, call results, and appointment bookings.
* Following up with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and address any questions or hesitations.
* Collaborating with the real estate team to ensure timely and efficient lead transfer and appointment booking.
* Continuously improving knowledge of the real estate market, local trends, and competition to communicate effectively with potential sellers.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity when dealing with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Meeting or exceeding specified targets and goals related to lead conversion and appointment booking.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage potential sellers and build rapport over the phone.
* Self-motivated and confident in making cold calls, handling objections, and closing appointments.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
* Proficiency in using CRM software or willingness to learn and utilize CRM systems effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording lead information and call results.
* Knowledge of real estate terminology, market trends, and competitive landscapes is an advantage.
