You will be doing a variety of tasks in 8 am – 12 pm CST time (Texas, US) (night shift)
Great English is a must

You must be good at working alone. I have to show homes and am unavailable much of the time.
You must be good at self managing. I am not good at micromanaging people. I am the opposite. I just expect the work to be done with little supervision.
1 year+ experience working the night is a requirement as this can be difficult on families and I want to make sure you have adjusted and know what to expect.
Your Top Tasks:
*Assisting Real Estate Agent with various online tasks.
*Taking notes and documenting consultations on Google Meets or Zoom
*Research new homes, cities, and other needed resources for clients moving
*New home builder research and comparisons, creating charts comparing the differences
*Calling builders weekly to get updates on pricing
*Creating moving guides and checklists
*Checking social media for leads
*Creating downloadable PDFs
*Sending and responding to emails
*Sending and responding to texts
*Creating Google Sheets, Google Charts, PDFs Etc.
*Other various tasks
*Great customer service
*Use of Google Drive and other provided software
There will be a lot of research and writing for this position.
Pay: $400 USD/month paid monthly through (I only use to pay)

Hours are 8 am- 12 pm CST Monday – Friday
Weekends and the following Holidays off:

We have 1 Full time employee in the Philippines currently that has happily worked with us for over 4 years on the night shift. You can be given a chance to ask them questions before being hired if you would like.
We have a small real estate team in Texas, US.
