Job Description: Real Estate Assistant at Sell Made Simple

Sell Made Simple is a dynamic real estate company specializing in a wide array of services including realty, investment, and property management. We are in search of a highly organized and motivated Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting various aspects of our business operations, from managing real estate transactions to enhancing our marketing efforts.

You will be responsible for:

Reach Out / Respond to Leads using Calls , Text and Emails to get them on the phone.
Cold Calling Potential Seller Leads

– Followscript and Sales process
– Schedule appointments for Sales Team
Updating and managing Follow Ups inside of CRM
Assist in Social Media Management
Transaction Coordination

Skills needed for this project:
Must be *fluent in English & Accent *, Must work in the US time zone (EST).
– At Least 1 years On Phone job with American Customers
– Experience working with Real Estate Company and with Basic Knowledge of Real Estate.
– Energetic, friendly and a good listener.
– Outgoing and people oriented.
– Persuasive.

******System/equipment requirements****
Internet connection of at least 5mbps; w/ back up (PLDT connection is REQUIRED)
USB noise-canceling headset- USB noise-canceling headset (REQUIRED)
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Backup workstation (preferred)
Backup internet (pocket WIFI)

Schedule:
Full-time: The VA is expected to work 40 hours per week, availability requirements Tuesday-Saturday 10am – 6pm EST.
