We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Full-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing data for potential Airbnb properties, making initial contacts with landlords, and eventually managing our Airbnb operations. The assistant will also assist in organizing and keeping track of various stakeholders including landlords, sellers, buyers, designers, and contractors, as well as managing our social media platforms to find new business leads. She will also schedule and manage Zoom meetings, send reminders, and maintain a comprehensive database of all real estate transactions. This is a full-time role, requiring 8 hours of work per day from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive research on potential Airbnb properties and analyze relevant data following provided guidelines and instructional videos.
Research on Zillow and other real estate websites to gather information about potential properties and landlords.
Make initial contact with potential landlords to propose corporate housing options.
Maintain and update spreadsheets with relevant analytics, names of landlords, sellers, buyers, designers, contractors, and more.
Scout social media for potential business leads.
Schedule and manage Zoom meetings and send reminders for the same.
Maintain a comprehensive and organized spreadsheet of all real estate transactions.
Use problem-solving skills to independently research solutions and troubleshoot issues before seeking additional assistance.
Show willingness to learn new tools, software, or methods to enhance productivity.
In the future, you may be asked to respond to all guest requests on Airbnb, book cleaners, handle handyman repairs, and communicate with guests about check-in and check-out.
Handle guest requests and manage overall customer service for our Airbnb properties.
Requirements:
Proficient and fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in administrative support, real estate sector experience preferred but not required.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and produce coherent reports.
Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data entry.
Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
Proficiency with Zoom and other online meeting platforms.
Proficiency in social media platforms for business lead generation.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies and apply these in problem-solving.
Long-term commitment – we’re looking for a candidate willing to grow with the business.
Availability to work full-time, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
