Real Estate Assistant/Cold Caller

California-based Real Estate Investor/Wholesaler is looking for a part-time real estate assistant/cold caller.

We are looking for an energetic, trustworthy, and self-driven candidate who is excited for the opportunity to work in real estate investing. We are looking to scale and will potentially hire more VA’s in the future. This is an amazing opportunity for those who want to work with a startup and grow with the company.

Candidate must be knowledgeable in the following applications:
• BatchLeads
• BatchDialer
• Propstream
• Podio experience not required but preferred

The Real Estate Assistant/Cold Caller position is responsible for the following (but not limited to):
1. Using BatchDialer, cold call list to find motivated sellers, build rapport and overcome objections
2. Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation to sell, property condition, timeframe to sell, and asking price
3. Setup walkthrough appointments once a seller is qualified
4. Update statuses and transfer information from BatchDialer and BatchLeads to CRM system (Podio)
5. Update/maintain leads using CRM system
6. Perform follow ups with warm leads and accurately log vital information
7. Lead generation

The candidate must have/be:
• At least 1 year experience as a cold caller in real estate US
• Fluent in American English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Tech Savvy
• Able to work US hours (PST)
• Proactive attitude
• Must not be working for another US-based real estate investing company

This position requires you to work US daytime hours (Pacific Time) from Monday to Friday between 10am – 4pm; 3 – 4 hours a day. We offer competitive bonus per closed deal. We will only entertain those who have at least 1 year of experience as a real estate cold caller.
