We are looking to add a full-time assistant to our team over at Pine Rose Lands focusing on comping land for valuation, doing intake for leads via our CRM and assisting in data scrubbing/marketing for leads. Our business buys and sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not buy/sell any other type of real estate.
We purchase and sell several properties per month and research many more. We are seeking a detail-oriented assistant to grow with our team.
In this role, you will be doing lead intake, creating GIS maps in LandID, comping properties, determining the land’s highest and best use – residentially buildable, recreational, agricultural, potential to subdivide, available utilities. You’ll communicate all of this via our CRM Pebble to our Acquisitions Manager and team.
You’ll also be assisting in marketing prep – pulling ownership lists from LandVision, scrubbing data, removing unwanted properties, submitting finalized lists.
We are looking for someone who has very good attention to detail, great communication skills, an analytical thinker with organized note taking. Please do not apply if this is not you!
On average you’ll be doing intake/comping for 10-20 new leads per day and about 10-15 hours/week of marketing prep.
Our business requires that you develop a deep understanding in regard to vacant land in the United States. Our team provides training on this, but you must be motivated to learn. We also require that you learn Pebble, our CRM and that you work the same business hours, we are based within Eastern Standard Time in the US.
In addition you may be tasked with other important duties such as creating and sending contracts, contacting sellers and realtors, and more. All duties will have extensive training.
Soft Skills needed…

Technical Skills preferred…
1) CRM experience, we use Pebble
2) Familiar with G Suite and Excel
3) Proficient with using County websites to source property information
4) Google earth and LandID for reviewing properties
5) Any additional real estate experience is a bonus
Schedule:
Monday – Friday (9am EST to 5pm EST).
Pay: Base Salary between $4/hr-$6.5/hr (depending on experience)
Commission: Quarterly bonus based on employee and business performance
