Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent, you will be an essential part of our team, focusing on nurturing and converting inbound leads into potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our experienced real estate agents.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from potential clients who have expressed interest in residential properties.
Build relationships with leads through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
Qualify leads based on their preferences, budget, and timeline.
Educate leads about the local residential real estate market and the value of our services.
Schedule appointments and consultations between leads and senior real estate agents.
Maintain accurate and organized records of lead interactions within the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport over the phone.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems and communication tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
A passion for residential real estate and a genuine interest in helping clients find their ideal homes.
