Job Description

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-level management estate team members in various aspects of their work, including lead generation, marketing, social media management, and transaction/application management.

Your work shift:
Mon, Tues 10am – 5pm CST
Wednesday – OFF
Thurs, Fri 10am-5pm CST
Saturday – 4hours
Sunday- OFF
THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE SHIFT & YOU MUST BE A MULTI-TASKER, RESULTS ORIENTED, AND ABLE TO HANDLE HEAVY WORKLOAD. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TEMPORARY OR PART-TIME, WORK SLOW, OR LAZY

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
– Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
– Utilize various lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, networking, and online marketing, to generate new business opportunities.
– Maintain a database of leads and regularly follow up to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.

2. Marketing:
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
– Create engaging and visually appealing property listings, brochures, and other marketing materials.
– Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and print advertising.

3. Social Media Management:
– Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
– Create and curate content that is relevant and engaging to our target audience.
– Monitor social media platforms for inquiries, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

4. Transaction Management:
– Assist in the coordination and management of real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved.
– Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
– Keep clients informed about the progress of their transactions and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

– Experience preferred as a Real Estate Assistant or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
