Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, manage client interactions, and contribute to the smooth operation of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
– Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for real estate agents.
– Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
– Prepare and distribute real estate documents, contracts, and forms.
– Maintain and update client databases and records.
2. Client Interaction:
– Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing information and assistance.
– Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses.
– Assist clients with completing paperwork and understanding transaction processes.
3. Transaction Coordination:
– Track and manage the progress of real estate transactions from initial contact to closing.
– Ensure all necessary documents are completed and submitted on time.
– Liaise with lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in transactions.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
– Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and online listings.
– Manage social media accounts and online listings to promote properties.
– Organize and participate in marketing events and open houses.
5. Research and Analysis:
– Conduct market research to gather information on property values, trends, and competition.
– Prepare reports and presentations for clients and team members.
6. Office Management:
– Maintain office supplies and equipment.
– Ensure the real estate office is organized and operates efficiently.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in real estate, administrative support, or a related field.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software.
– Familiarity with real estate contracts, forms, and procedures.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

– Experience with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and real estate CRMs.
– Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
– Marketing and social media management experience.
– Bilingual skills are a plus.
