???? Inbound Ad Script and Outbound Script Demo:
As part of the application process, please provide a demo script for both inbound and outbound calls. This will demonstrate your ability to effectively communicate with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.

? Key Responsibilities:
– Generate and follow up on leads, including expired listings and for sale by owner leads.
– Contact listing agents to set up appointments and coordinate property viewings.
– Communicate with various stakeholders, such as pastors, home inspectors, appraisers, and bankers.
– Create and implement follow-up strategies to maintain relationships with clients.
– Develop and execute different mailers to engage potential clients.
– Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
– Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
– Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm, with a one-hour lunch break in between.

– Proven experience in the real estate industry, specifically in lead generation and sales.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
– Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
