Join our team as a Real Estate Bookkeeper with Yardi experience, where your role will be pivotal in refining our financial operations. Your mission is to harness your expertise in Yardi Voyager, leveraging it as the cornerstone of our real estate accounting processes. Through meticulous financial management and precise record-keeping, you will ensure the seamless execution of our accounting functions, setting a standard for excellence and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities
– Yardi Voyager Mastery: Serve as the go-to expert for Yardi Voyager software, driving the utilization of its full capabilities in property allocations, rent collections, lease administration, and financial reporting to enhance our real estate management efficiency.
– Financial Stewardship: Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with unwavering accuracy, swiftly identifying and rectifying discrepancies to uphold our financial integrity.
– Payroll Management: Oversee bi-weekly payroll operations with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate wage calculations, deductions, and compliance with tax regulations.
– Vendor and Lease Management: Proactively manage vendor invoices and payments, fostering robust relationships while meticulously handling lease administration tasks to ensure operational harmony.
– Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of essential financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, contributing to our financial transparency and strategic planning.

Essential Qualifications
– Yardi Voyager Expertise: Demonstrable proficiency in Yardi Voyager, with the ability to leverage its advanced features for streamlined property management and accounting.
– Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, laying the groundwork for expert financial analysis and management.
– Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 years in a bookkeeping role, with a proven track record of managing complex accounting tasks and delivering on financial accuracy and reporting deadlines.
– Analytical Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess, enabling the handling of multiple financial tasks with precision and efficiency.
– Communication & Problem-Solving: Outstanding communication skills paired with the ability to solve complex financial problems, ensuring clarity in financial data presentation and decision-making processes.
– Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with various accounting software, alongside comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations, to support diverse accounting functions.
