We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate business, specializing in land development and brokerage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with the ability to manage various tasks that facilitate our day-to-day operations, deal management, and marketing efforts. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, making it perfect for a self-motivated individual who can handle a range of responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Send out property listings and updates to specific groups or clients.
Follow up on sent deals to ensure client engagement and progress toward purchase.

Contract and Document Management:
Prepare and fill out real estate contracts and other necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the due diligence process by gathering, organizing, and reviewing relevant documents and information.

Deal Management:
Support the deal flow process by researching potential deals, identifying property owners, and assisting in initial outreach efforts.
Coordinate and manage inquiries related to properties, including gathering information from various sources like city offices or databases.

Administrative Support:
Manage the principal’s calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure efficient time management.
Handle email correspondence, especially related to property inquiries, and filter out spam or irrelevant contacts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate terminology, processes, and the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle correspondence with clients and partners.
Proficiency in office software, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
A proactive approach to task management, anticipating needs, and executing tasks efficiently.
