The B2B Coordinator is the primary liaison between our Anywhere broker network partners,
our real estate sales associates, and C21NM employees. This position assists agents, and our
partners, with placements, agent assignments, updates, and closeouts of B2B referrals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Primary coordinator for reception & placement of B2B referrals (incoming and outgoing)
– Responsible for meeting conversion, mortgage, reporting compliance, and service metrics for this important book of business
– perform some operations tasks and will be cross-trained to provide backup support to other Relocation Department books of business
– Onboard agents onto the Platinum Team
– Out-process agents from the Platinum Team
– Assist team with marking agents in/out of office
– Assist team with pausing/un-pausing agents

WORK CONDITIONS:
– MOn-Fri 9am-6pm EST with 1hr break
– Weekend duty (once a month) from 10am-2pm EST

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– at least 1 year experience in real estate specifically coordinator/account management role
– Familiarity with all Microsoft Operating Systems
– Ability to meet and exceed organizational goals
– Account Management skills

– Outstanding relationship-building skills – excellent English communication skills
