We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our overall business development across three dynamic companies under our brand: an investment company, an investors community, and a brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects across different business divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investment Company:
• Assist in managing and growing personal investments with two partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and investment summaries.
• Coordinate meetings and communications between partners.
2. Investors Community:
• Support six dedicated teams in developing resources for investors.
• Manage and update the community platform with relevant content and resources.
• Organize webinars, workshops, and other community events.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among community members.
3. Brokerage Firm:
• Transaction Management: Assist in the coordination and documentation of real estate transactions.
• Property Management: Support the management of rental properties, including tenant communications, maintenance scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Project Management: Help oversee various projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to, and assist in the coordination of project teams.
General Duties:
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
• Maintain and organize files and records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Conduct research and gather information to support various business initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Other tasks as required to support business operations and development.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Strong understanding of business development and investment management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions, property management, and project management is a plus.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
• Remote work with reliable internet access required.
• Occasional virtual meetings outside of regular business hours may be necessary.
