**Position Overview:**

Real Estate Business Sales Manager & Executive Assistant is a pivotal role, seamlessly merging the duties of a Sales Manager with those of an Executive Assistant. This role entails not only managing a sales team or function but also extending quality administrative support to executives. As a representative of the company, this individual guarantees that prospects and clients consistently receive superior experiences while also backing the executive team with indispensable assistance. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal prowess are crucial for this role.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Business Sales Management:
– Oversee business operations, reporting directly to the Owner.
– Ensure optimal business efficiency through process improvements and adherence to SOPs.
– CRM management.
– Conduct 4 hours of cold calls daily to prospects/leads and 1 hour daily 2x a week for past client relationship management.
– Research to understand client needs and present solutions to the CEO.
– Represent the company positively, promoting its brand and values.
2. Customer Interaction:
– Deliver unparalleled customer service, addressing inquiries and needs promptly.
– Professionally manage phone calls, emails, and messages, directing them where necessary.
– Foster a welcoming environment for all clients & prospects.
3. Executive Support:
– Efficiently manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling, and reminders.
– Screen and organize executive emails, prioritizing by urgency and relevance.
– Compile CEO’s notes, categorizing them by importance and urgency.
– Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
4. Administrative Assistance:
– Execute administrative tasks such as data entry, document prep, and record maintenance.
– Maintain organized and easily accessible files and databases.
5. Relationship Building:
– Cultivate and nurture positive relationships internally and externally.
6. Confidentiality:
– Uphold the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information.

**Requirements:**

1. Experience: Experience in sales, hosting, customer service, or executive support.
2. Communication Skills:Outstanding verbal and written English communication abilities.
3. Organizational Skills:Exceptional organizational and multitasking talents.
4. Tech Proficiency: **Internet of AT LEAST 30/MB per sec w/ a backup connection (In a major city preferred)**
Acquaintance with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
5. Adaptability: Flexibility in a changing environment and the ability to juggle diverse tasks.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in building positive, collaborative relationships.
7. Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
8. Professionalism:Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
9. Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with higher education or certifications being an added advantage.
