Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that the company achieves its financial goals. Primary organization will be focused on REAL ESTATE so, experience in REAL ESTATE is a Plus.

Qualifications

•Proven work experience as a Director of Operations or similar role

•Strong leadership and organizational skills

•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

•Analytical and strategic thinking skills

•Excellent ENGLISH with no foreign accent

•Demonstrated competent professionalism in work setting

•Excellent English communications skills both written and verbal

•Proven ability to productively interact with a wide variety of persons at different levels inside and outside the organization such as field staff, landlords, brokers, contractors, consultants etc…

•Key familiarity and ease with key real estate terminology, lease and legal terms and their application and implication

Responsibilities

•Develop and manage operating budgets if required

• Implement policies and procedures to maximize workflow

•As a Manager, you will be responsible for the operational efficiency of our Relation Management team efficient daily

•Your two main focus areas are: meeting organizational and operational KPIs, and ensuring lead generation and appointment KPI’s

•Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of Relation Managers (call center)

•Recruit and hire new team members

•Lead training and onboarding for all new team members

• Be property Voice and Accent Trainer (experience in this role is a huge plus)

•Provide day-to-day supervision, support, and escalation path for member support specialists on your team

•Monitor and report key performance indicators

•Manage and motivate mid-level managers to bottom staffing

•Develop and implement strategic plans

•Manage all aspects of the company’s operations

•Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve productivity

•Develop and maintain positive relations with clients

•Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies

•Ensure compliance with industry regulations

• Assist with any other responsibilities as requested

Shift : 20 hours a week is required to start.
