We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support a busy real estate agent in lead generation and client communication. The primary focus of this role is to market real estate services, collect information from leads, and facilitate communication until clients are ready to make decisions. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging with potential clients, gathering relevant information, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Market real estate services on various forums such as and platforms to generate leads.
* Communicate with leads via email, phone, or text to collect information on their preferences and requirements.
* Follow up with leads to provide additional information, schedule viewings, and address inquiries.
* Maintain organized records of lead interactions and update client profiles accordingly.
* Assist in coordinating appointments, inspections, and other logistical arrangements.
* Collaborate with the real estate agent to prioritize leads and strategize approaches for converting leads into clients.
* Provide regular updates to the real estate agent on lead status and progress.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in using email, phone, and text messaging for client communication.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
* Availability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
