Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Client Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively manage our customer relations management (CRM) system. This role also involves performing transaction coordinator duties and managing various administrative tasks critical to our operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Efficiently utilize our CRM system to track client interactions, manage customer data, and ensure all client information is up-to-date and accessible.
Coordinate real estate transactions from initiation to close, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance checks.
Assist with the preparation of listing materials, purchase agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments, managing email correspondence, and preparing reports.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in processes and customer service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven customer service and inside sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong ability to manage CRM systems and handle administrative duties effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work well under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong team player.
Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is preferred but not required.
