**Job Description:**
Are you a confident and charismatic individual with a passion for real estate and a passion for negotiation? If so, we are looking for a Real Estate Negotiator / Closer who excels at closing deals with (vacant) land sellers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with seller leads, establishing rapport, and guiding them through the process of selling their vacant land to us. Your ability to communicate effectively, empathize with clients, and close deals will be crucial to your success in this role and securing seller contracts
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Engagement:** Initiate contact with seller leads, build relationships, and maintain ongoing communication to understand their needs and motivations.
3. **Negotiation:** Utilize your negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms and pricing for both the seller and our company. Info about the property and pricing parameters are supplied for each lead.
5. **Closing Deals:** Guide sellers through the closing process, ensuring all documents are signed accurately and in a timely manner.
7. **Customer Relationship Management:** Maintain relationships with past clients and generate referrals through exceptional service and professionalism.
8.**Neutral American Accent** (many of our sellers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States, especially the majority of our demographics being in the older age group.
**Qualifications:**
– A passion for real estate and a strong desire to help land sellers achieve their goals.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds and personalities.
– Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations and close deals effectively.
– Empathetic and personable demeanor with a firm but casual tone.
– Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
