**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled Closing Caller to follow up with leads, set appointments, communicate with colleagues, and market properties. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiating skills and attention to detail. Our system is fully automated, providing comprehensive training videos and scripts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Follow up with prospective leads to nurture and convert them into clients.
– Set appointments for consultations and property viewings.
– Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
– Market properties using provided materials and strategies.
– Facilitate deals using our automated system and adhere to provided instructions.

**Qualifications:**
– Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
– Strong negotiating skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and property marketing is a plus.
– Reliable internet service and a backup connection source.
– A suitable computer capable of handling job requirements.

**Additional Requirements:**
– Payroll will be processed biweekly using the Wise platform.
