Cain Realty Group is seeking to grow its Success Team by hiring an additional Administrative Assistant to serve both our home-buying and home-selling clients. There is a clear path to growth and the opportunities that could come from this role are limitless. For the Administrative Assistant role, we are only considering applicants with residential real estate experience in some capacity. THIS IS A FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY AND WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR VIRTUAL PROFESSIONALS TO HAVE OTHER ONGOING VA-TYPE JOBS WHILE WORKING FOR US.

The perfect candidate for this role is a Virtual Professional that has worked as a transaction coordinator and/or a listing coordinator for another Realtor or real estate team in Texas, preferably with Keller Williams. We will consider those that have worked in this capacity for Realtors in other states, yet it would be helpful to have someone with knowledge of Texas documents. WE WILL ONLY INTERVIEW THOSE WITH RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST ONE YEAR.

Health Insurance is also provided through reimbursement after six months, and annual performance reviews are conducted to determine whether or not a raise has been earned. We take care of our people and are looking for long-terms Virtual Professionals.

We’d also like you to know that CRG has successfully worked with Virtual Professionals for over 3 years now. We have proven systems and models to ensure success for our VPs. We are not a company hoping to make a VP work or trying an experiment. We have a proven track record of helping our VPs become extremely successful. We are looking for long-term fits and only looking for those wanting to have CRG as their sole employer in a full-time capacity.

We will conduct reference checks, and we will require references in the form of a phone number so that we can speak to your prior employers. We want to ensure we are bringing on the best of the best, so we will not accept candidates only willing to provide email addresses as a reference. WE ALSO REQUIRE A CURRENT COPY OF A VALID NBI PRIOR TO THE START DATE.

This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good time-management skills and attention to detail. This person will provide administrative support to our Account Managers, which then frees them up to consistently communicate with our clients. This is a very tech-savvy position, so strong technology aptitude is a must to complete tasks. We use Sierra Interactive as our CRM and Sisu for task management.

Primary Objectives
-Maintain and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, database management, information management, and back-office support
-Manage contracts alongside the Account Manager through closing
-Manage listings alongside the Account Manager through the contract
-Keep the Agents and Account Managers informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
-Assist the Director of Operations with blog writing and social media posting
