Job Description

We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate agency specializing in helping clients buy and sell properties. We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in cold calling to join our team. As a Real Estate VA, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, particularly For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and expired listings.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to real estate leads, focusing on FSBO and expired listings, to generate new business opportunities.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, gather essential information about their property needs and motivations, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents.

Client Engagement: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while engaging with leads, effectively addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services.

Database Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, including detailed notes and follow-up schedules.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property listings, and pricing to provide valuable insights to clients.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on cold calling activities, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to the team.

Qualifications:

Extensive Cold Calling Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in cold calling within the real estate industry, particularly with FSBO and expired listings.

Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and the local housing market is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with potential clients and build rapport.

Customer Service: A customer-centric mindset and the ability to provide exceptional service while handling objections and inquiries.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, dialing systems, and other real estate-related tools is a plus.

Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently, meet targets, and adapt to changing priorities.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
