Real Estate Cold Caller

Are you a talented communicator with a passion for real estate? We are currently seeking a Cold Caller to join us in a work-from-home capacity! As our Cold Caller, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and establishing meaningful connections with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside two dedicated agents in the real estate industry specializing in the New York City area.

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound cold calls to prospective real estate clients from your home office.
– Engage in persuasive and compelling conversations to generate leads and interest in our real estate services.
– Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with potential clients.
– Document and update customer information accurately in our database.

Requirements:
– Proficiency in English is essential, as effective communication is key to this role.
– Previous experience in cold calling and real estate is required.
– Ability to work in a quiet environment at home for making calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Compensation:
– Part-Time Starting pay: $2-$3 USD per hour. Based on experience.
– Full-Time Starting pay: $3-$6 USD per hour. Based on experience.
– Commission on closed deals
– Part-time position with the opportunity to explore a full-time arrangement based on performance and business needs.

Benefits:
– All US holidays are offered off to enjoy quality time with family and friends.
– You will accrue 1.5 days of vacation leave per month, capped at 24 days. Vacation leave can be cashed out when providing a 2-week notice for job changes.
– 1 week of sick leave is offered every year and can be cashed out for unused days at the end of the year.
