Job Description

We are seeking someone with experience in outbound sales and calling homeowners who have been unable to resell their homes, have expired listings, or are in situations where they might be more motivated to sell, such as moving out of state, getting divorced, or dealing with family deaths. Our goal is to help these homeowners get the most for their money by offering creative financing solutions such as taking over their mortgage (subject to) or wholesaling their property for potential fix and flips.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

-Make outbound calls to potential clients
-Engage leads and identify their needs
-Explain creative financing options to homeowners
-Help homeowners understand how they can benefit from our services
-Record and track interactions in our CRM system
-Collaborate with our sales team to transition leads to warm prospects
-This role offers closing bonuses for wholesale deals, subject to deals for long-term rentals, and short-term rentals. We value strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
