**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Wholesaler Cold Caller and Virtual Assistant. This role is pivotal in our real estate investment business, focusing on generating leads through cold calling and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Cold Calling:**
– Conduct outbound calls to potential property sellers, investors, and other stakeholders.
– Follow a script to gather information, qualify leads, and set appointments for further discussions.
– Maintain a high volume of calls daily while adhering to quality standards and productivity goals.
2. **Lead Management:**
– Enter and update lead information accurately in our CRM system (Customer Relationship Management).
– Track communication and follow-up activities to ensure leads are nurtured effectively.
– Assist in organizing and prioritizing leads based on urgency and potential.
3. **Administrative Support:**
– Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars for real estate agents and executives.
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
4. **Research and Analysis:**
– Conduct market research to identify potential real estate opportunities and trends.
– Assist in evaluating property deals by gathering property information and comparable sales data.
– Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
5. **Communication and Collaboration:**
– Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external contacts.
– Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals to facilitate transactions.
– Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and transactions.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
– Strong verbal communication skills with an engaging and persuasive phone manner.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Knowledge of real estate markets, terminology, and investment strategies is a plus.
– High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in real estate or business administration is advantageous.
