We specialize in real estate wholesaling and are seeking talented Filipino Online Cold-Calling Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our lead generation process by pre-qualifying potential leads for our company to later close deals with. You won’t be closing customers on the phone; instead, you’ll be building rapport, gathering detailed information, and annotating leads meticulously.
Responsibilities:
– Cold-call American homeowners following a provided script.
– Build strong rapport and trust with potential leads.
– Gather and annotate information accurately and thoroughly.
– Pre-qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Requirements:
– Willingness to work during the night shift in the Philippines (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM American Time).
– Reliable and high-speed internet connection.
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
– Ability to hold engaging and effective conversations.
– Must be detail-oriented and scrupulous in data collection.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Previous experience in cold-calling or telemarketing is a plus.
Compensation:
Your earnings will be based on performance and commission. You will receive up to 9% of every real estate wholesale deal we successfully close, which can range from $2,000 to $80,000 per deal. This has the potential to be a life-changing income for you. Please note that it may take approximately 30 days after our company closes deals with homeowners before you start earning commissions. To support you during this period, we provide a draw pay for your first two weeks, which will be deducted from your initial earnings later.
