Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Caller to join our newly established real estate acquisition team. As an Outbound Caller, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential real estate leads through proactive phone outreach. Your excellent communication skills, persistence, and ability to build rapport will be essential in driving our company’s growth and success. Our team is small currently (two of us – owner and lead manager). You will be mentored by our lead manager and given all the resources you need to be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.

• Engage with property owners in a professional and courteous manner.

• Initiate conversations to gather information about property details, owner motivations, and potential interest in selling.

• Build rapport and establish a positive connection with leads to encourage open communication.

• Record accurate and detailed information from each call in our CRM system.

• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for our acquisition team.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving call effectiveness.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and local market conditions to enhance conversation relevance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales in Real Estate. Strongly prefer a candidate that has done cold calling for Wholesalers or buy & hold real estate investors.

• Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging phone demeanor.

• Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations professionally.

• Exceptional active listening skills to understand lead responses and tailor conversations.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage call volume and follow-up tasks.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge or interest in real estate and property acquisition is advantageous.

• Fluency in additional languages is a bonus, but not required.
