Position Overview:
The Real Estate Cold Caller will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through outbound cold calling. This role is critical in helping our sales team identify and convert potential property sellers and. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective property sellers.
Introduce and explain the benefits of our real estate services to potential clients.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about their property needs and preferences.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Stay informed about market trends and developments to effectively communicate with prospects.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve the overall sales process.
Qualifications:

2 years min Proven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Knowledge of the real estate market and terminology is advantageous but not required.
