Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential home owners and identify their property interests
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments
– Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment goals
– Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate investment process
– Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a telemarketing representative or similar sales role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Great English
– Strong phone presence and ability to effectively communicate with clients
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
