Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. As a cold caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our real estate sales team. This position involves reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and persuading them to consider our real estate services.

Responsibilities:
– **Outbound Calls:** Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients using a provided list.
– **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify potential leads for real estate services.
– **Script Adherence:** Follow a provided script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication.
– **Data Entry:** Accurately record call details and client information in the CRM system.
– ** Schedule follow-up:** Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
– **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
– **Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
– **Feedback:** Provide feedback on call scripts and lead lists to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
Persistence:
Ability to handle rejection and continue making calls with a positive attitude.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM software, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and other relevant tools.
Availability:
Flexible availability to work during US business hours.

Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
