Hiring: Full-time Real Estate Cold Calling VA.

Must be able to speak and write English effectively. Any real estate VA experience preferred.
Pay rate:
$800.00 a month
Weekly Pay Structure on Fridays
Hours:
8:30am to 5:30 pm EST. Mon-Fri
– With a (1-hour lunch)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Work a scheduled 40 hour week
Prospect for new clients calling on:
? Expireds/FSBOs
? Buyers
? Sphere of Influence
? Past Clients / Database
? Just Listed / Just Sold
? Open Houses
Call past clients for referrals
Practice call scripts at least 3 hours per week
Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead followup per week
Manage contact database system.
Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners.
Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
The expectation is to make 500+ outbound calls a day
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of call center experience or virtual assistant experience
-Able to understand, speak and write English effectively
-Able to speak effectively to leads on the phone
-Coachable
-An understanding of the position
-Proficient in writing and handling documentation
-Speak and write English effectively with confidence
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-A positive can-do attitude and a love to talk to people
-Effective use Skype /what’s app
Requirements
-Working laptop or desktop- i3 4th gen and up, 4GB RAM minimum.
-DSL Internet – 10mbps or higher (Will be asked to provide speed test)
-Headset with noise cancelation
-Home office setup with a quiet location
Important: Must have backups or secondary equipment in case of power or internet interruptions.
