We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Cold Callers. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential leads and initiating contact with property owners, investors, and other prospects in the real estate market. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills, gain valuable experience in the industry, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Utilize Vulcan 7 and other resources to identify and research potential leads in the real estate market.

Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to leads using Vulcan 7’s dialing platform, introducing our services, and engaging prospects in meaningful conversations.

Lead Qualification: Assess the needs, motivations, and interests of potential clients through effective questioning and active listening.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for real estate agents or brokers with qualified leads who express interest in buying, selling, or investing in properties.

Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with leads through follow-up calls, emails, and other channels to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with leads, update contact information, and track progress using Vulcan 7’s CRM tools.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and information to prospects.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
Familiarity with Vulcan 7 or similar dialing platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
