Job Description

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I run a Real Estate operation and am looking for someone with much experience in the field of real estate cold calling. This is a part time position available(with opportunity to move to full time in the future). This position will be available for years to come. Here’s a a little about what the company, what the position entails, pay, etc.
Who we are: We are a Real Estate connection company. We point A(seller) to B(buyer) in a cost effective effcient way. We are like realtors but provide a much better service without using the MLS(multiple listing service – platform to sell homes). We provide a service where there is no realtor commission(6% of the sales price which is quite expensive) and we can close the deal within a very short amount of time(7-14 days instead of the avg 3 months). We can do this by offering the deal to a group of investors we have connected with overtime. This helps the community by giving individuals the opportunity to free up cash, avoid forclosure or ruined credit.
Team Member role: The team member role would be to use our system to call, interact, and gain information from lists of people we have collected. This is a cold calling position, so the team member will be the first point of contact. We have a script for training. This would require 4000-5000 dails every dail day which is roughly 8-9 hours with our auto dialer system. From those 4-5k dails you will receive around 200-250 answered calls. We follow up on every contact that doesn’t answer every 3 days, so roughly 11 follow ups/work days will need to be made every month.
PAY: We offer $4.50 dollars an hour(plus commission see below), but calls must be done in the time range within the specified days of each week. The working days will be as follows. Hypothetically, you start monday the work days will be every 3 days. – thursday – sunday – wednesday – saturday – tuesday – friday – monday
A 1% comission of revenue will also be applied to any leads that turn into closed deals. Ratios are usually as follow – 1 deal equals 5 contracts, 5 contracts is about 10,000 cold dials. The faster(without sacraficing quality conversation)you get through calls the quicker deals come about. You can expect an average comission to be $100-$200 dollars, but in rare cases can get up to $500 dollars. A deal takes on average a month to close. This is why our auto dialer system is so critical because it allows you to make 10 calls at a time.

– Needs to have a minimum of a few years of experience in specifically Real Estate Wholesaling Cold Callings.
– Has to be familar with calltools
– We are based in the USA in Houston TX. Our time zone is Central standard time. Has to be able to adapt to this time zone for making outbound calls. Calls will need to be made within the range 10am-7pm CST every dial day.
– Must have fluent, flexible, and confident communication. We have a script that is used, but it is not always completely followed. We need you to be able to adjust your answer slightly from time to time. This is why I explained who we are and what we do as a company. If someone asks a question that isn’t per usual you can answer it without stuttering. Not to immediate you with this. The script and questions people ask are pretty striaght forward and consistent.
