Introduction:
CF Ventures is seeking a dynamic and persuasive communicator to join our team as a Real Estate Cold Caller. If you have a talent for engaging property owners and a keen understanding of real estate nuances, this opportunity is for you. This role requires proficiency in English, familiarity with Mojo Dialer, and at least 1 year of experience in real estate cold-calling.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to property owners with the objective of generating leads, setting appointments, and ultimately closing deals.
Engagement: Employ effective communication skills to build rapport, address objections, and convey the value proposition of our services.
Lead Management: Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes using designated software tools such as Batch Leads, Trello, and Podio.
Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with team members to develop and execute cold calling strategies tailored to specific target markets and objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and market insights to refine calling scripts and approaches for optimal results.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversion rates, and closed deals.
Adaptability: Flexibility to switch between cold calling and texting roles as per project requirements, utilizing relevant tools and platforms effectively.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven success in real estate cold-calling, demonstrating a track record of lead generation and deal closure.
Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in English, with exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Mojo Dialer is essential for the Cold Calling role, while experience with Batch Leads, Trello, Podio, and other real estate operation tools is required for the Texting role.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to achieve weekly targets and objectives.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to overcome objections, adapt strategies, and navigate challenging conversations effectively.
Professionalism: Commitment to representing CF Ventures with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
Availability: Consistent availability to commit up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to transition to a full-time role based on performance and company needs.
