Reports to: Director of Acquisitions

Position Overview:

The Cold Caller will play a critical role in our company’s growth strategy by identifying and engaging potential sellers. This role requires persistence, keen instincts, and the ability to navigate conversations confidently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach: Conduct daily cold calls to property owners to gauge their interest in selling.
Build Relationships: Create and maintain positive relationships with potential sellers, understanding their needs and motivations.
Maintain Records: Log call results, follow-up needs, and other important information into our CRM system.
Feedback Loop: Report to the acquisitions team on potential leads, market trends, and feedback from calls.
Skill Development: Regularly participate in training and skill-building sessions to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ year in a cold calling position, in the real estate sector.
Drive: Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven, eager to meet or exceed daily call quotas.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an innate ability to navigate tough conversations.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real estate market and a basic understanding of property valuations.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and basic computer software.
Adaptability: Resilient in the face of challenges and always seeking ways to improve.
CRM and Phone system Experience ( Call Rail, Investorfuse, Smartphone)
SMS Experience
Strong English Skills
